Edmonton’s police chief has launched legal action which could block an ongoing RCMP investigation into allegations of misconduct made against him by two of his detectives.
And in taking the unusual legal step, the chief has made public details of allegations that Edmonton police officers were feeding confidential information to the Hells Angels — complaints of wrongdoing that could affect joint investigations with other police forces.
