Police officer had history of misconduct, hearing told

David Plimmer’s troubling history of misconduct should prevent him from getting his job back, Calgary Police lawyer John Cordeau told the Law Enforcement Review Board.
He said the 12-year veteran of the force chalked up six misconducts in two years before he was dismissed last September.
